Once your order is received, we will process it within 24 hours. As each piece is made to order, your item(s) will be shipped out within the next 7 business days via the shipping method selected during checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that the 7-day timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. Sometimes unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or other unforeseen events. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated in such situations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your package.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
